The Dagel is the first of its kind in Metro Manila and the country, and is not just another snack. It’s a tantalizing blend of a donut and a bagel, offering a unique and delightful experience for all types of food enthusiasts.

What sets the Dagel apart is its distinctive preparation method. Combining the time-honored tradition of boiling and baking, typically associated with bagels, with the sweet, indulgent dough of a donut, the Dagel is a hybrid creation that defies traditional categorizations. Picture the outer crust of a bagel, but with the soft and pillowy texture of a donut – the best of both worlds in every bite. If a donut and a bagel were to have a delicious lovechild, it would undoubtedly be the Dagel.
“The Dagel is not just a snack; it’s a culinary adventure,” says Roselle Alteria, COO and partner of Dot, “We make almost all of our syrups and different flavors in-house from scratch. We like to keep these secret sauces – and we wanted to do the same with food. Innovation is our bread and butter – and that goes beyond making a good cup of coffee.”

Cardamom Dagel (PhP 100)
A cinnamon-roll-inspired sweet dagel, topped with our cardamom and cinnamon glaze.
Milk and Cheese Dagel (PhP 130)
A sweet and savory dagel filled with milk cream, and topped with sweet and salty snow cheese.
Everything Dagel (PhP 130)
A savory New York-style dagel topped with onion, garlic, salt, poppy, and sesame seeds, filled with cream cheese and scallion.
Spicy Tuna Dagel (PhP 140)
A savory dagel filled with tuna cream cheese, our special sauce, melted cheese, and topped with our everything dagel seasoning.
HEC Dagel (PhP 150)
A savory dagel filled with honey cured smoked ham, egg, cheese, our special sauce, and even more cheese sauce.
Ferrero Dagel (PhP 150)
A sweet dagel with a ferrero shell and filled with our homemade hazelnut ganache.

Dot has one more secret up their sleeve. With Dot’s homemade syrups and sauces – the team has concocted a secret holiday menu that is familiar to most but with an extra holiday cheer. All products starting at just PhP 150. You can now get the Chocolate Horchata, Gingerbread Latte, and the Peppermint Matcha at any Dot Kiosk near you. Add an espresso shot to make it dirty!
