7. Ninth Avenue’s Red District, NYPD Blues and Sunset Margarita
Get your booze fix with these colorful and delicious cocktails. I particularly love the Sunset Margarita (even had some put in a plastic cup and drank it while riding home…SSSHHH! Don’t tell my mom!) The Red District was also refreshingly good. Still, a fair warning–have them moderately. These are still alcoholic beverages, you know.
6. Rox Gastropub’s Cheesesteak Pizza
A tip: Devour this pizza while still warm! This pizza is unlike any pizza I’ve had in the past–very good cheese and topping ratio, flavors are well-balanced, and it’s not very oily at all. They say that this pizza is not even their bestseller. But as well it should be! I highly recommend you check out their other pizzas as well!
5. Karaki’s Spicy Salmon Roll and California Maki
I know a good roll and maki when I taste one! And their versions are definitely for the books. Good quality ingredients served fresh is what makes their food very good. If you’re looking to get awesome Japanese creations, you wouldn’t want to miss Karaki.
4. Viet Taste’s Banh Mi Thit and Pho Bo
This is by far my most favorite offering at The Vibe Gastro Hub. I have been a fan of Vietnamese cuisine for God knows how long and their food does not disappoint. Especially their Pho Bo (beef noodle soup). Prepared by a real Vietnamese chef, the pho stock is very light and non-greasy. Ingredients are fresh, especially the vegetables that come with the Pho.
3. Nitro Shack’s Lychee Infused Red Tea and Blue Lemon Drop
For those non-alcoholic friends that we have, Nitro Shack’s beverage offerings really hit the spot. These drinks are huge and are really meant for sharing.
2. Little Penang’s Nasi Lemak
Very flavorful indeed! Reminded me of my Singapore trip from ages past. A must-try if you are missing the hawker centers of Singapore. Go-lah!
1. Onne’s ½ Slab with Side Dish and Peri-Peri Quarter Chicken
A value for money, especially if you’re feeding large groups! Get both the ½ ribs slab and the Peri-Peri Chicken and satisfy that hunger in you! Both the pork and chicken are flavorful and really satisfying for meat lovers like myself!
Some other foods worth trying are the Doner Kebab and Schnitzel of Bistro Wast, Sugar Sweet’s Smores and Red Velvet Shake, Super Dough’s Mango Crepe, Piggin Out’s Slabby Bacon and Bagnet.
By 8:00pm, the crowd starts piling in the dining area
I really love the atmosphere of The Vibe Gastro Hub. A food park really worth visiting if you are in this part of Quezon City, a perfect hangout not only for your friends, but also for your family as well.
