The “Shape of You” singer-songwriter offered his condolences to Liam’s family in a social media post. Ed Sheeran reiterated that the memories he had with Liam were “great.”

Liam passed away after falling from the third floor of his hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina. According to the authorities, he suffered from “very serious injuries incompatible with life as a result of his fall.”
