MMDA to Implement Curfew for Entire Metro Manila For One Month

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has announced that a curfew will be imposed on the entire Metro Manila for one month from 8 PM to 5 AM starting Sunday, March 15, coinciding with the nationwide general community quarantine.

In the press briefing aired today, March 14, General Manager Jojo Garcia said that this will apply to all non-essential travel.

Exemptions include workers, food delivery, grocery employees, and medical employees. That is if you are coming from work and buying medicines, groceries, and food, you will be exempted from the curfew.
