Miss Universe Philippines 4th runner-up Billie Hakenson reflects on her Miss Universe Philippines journey, saying that she is “The happiest 4th RU.”
In a lengthy Instagram post, the candidate talked about how she never expected to be part of the Top 5 in the pageant. She said that she is still “basking elation” with her achievements.

“Of course, the crown was the goal. But I achieved more than the actual crown and title,” she wrote. “I was heard, and people listened.”

With this, Billie also gave a shoutout to Miss Bohol Pauline Amelinckx, saying that her heart was broken knowing that Pauline would have been amazing as our queen. However, Billie said that she knows that Pauline will have her moment and that she will be there to witness that.
She also gave a shoutout to the newly-crowned Miss Universe Philippines, Rabiya Mateo. Billie said that she appreciated Rabiya’s sincerity and honesty during a talk they both had.
