During Millie Bobby Brown’s interview with Jimmy Fallon on the Tonight Show, the “Stranger Things” star shared how she recently imitated Anna Delvey in a hotel. The two were talking about the series’ upcoming season when Fallon clarified if Brown really got her American accent from watching “Hannah Montana”.
To which, she confirmed is absolutely true! She says it was “the best” and was able to adapt their accent through watching and imitating the characters. “I like to see the characters and then just do the accent. As long as I’ve watched it for long enough, I can somewhat get it to somewhat of a T,” she explains. This got Fallon curious about what the actress was currently watching and apparently, it was “Inventing Anna”!
“I was in a hotel lobby the other day and they were like, ‘Miss Brown, we have to run your card again.’ I was like, ‘Run it again! It must be your system!’ (in Anna Delvey’s accent)”
