Mila Kunis Gets Booed Multiple Times, Including for Her Feelings About Pizza

Upon the release of her latest Netflix film, Mila Kunis appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” to promote it. Surprisingly during her interview, she got booed multiple times by the live audience of the American talk show.

Actually, the interview hasn’t even started yet when she received her first “boo.” The “Luckiest Girl Alive” star began by sharing a little story about what she went through backstage. There’d been apparently a wardrobe mishap where she had to wear children’s leggings cut into underwear, and Jimmy said, “You seem like you could be a New Yorker, but you’re not a New Yorker.”

“What? Who booed,” Kunis turned to the audience in disbelief. “Very New York of you.” Then, she explained how she was born in Ukraine and how she went to Queens, NY, for the first time in the United States where she had her first burger and Coca-Cola. Jimmy just had to ask, “Did you have pizza for the first time in New York?” Mila honestly said, “are you ready? No.” This sparked her second round of boos.

Nevertheless, she continued, “No, I did not have pizza in New York, but my dad delivered pizzas growing up in LA. LA has perfectly fine pizzas, guys!” Yet, it didn’t change the audience’s feelings about it, and continued to boo her. “You know what?! I’m wearing children’s underwear for you,” Mila laughingly told them. “There’s more to this story—just to get another boo,” she continued. “It was Domino’s Pizza.” And they did boo her again as cued.

To top it all off, she even revealed that she “hates” pizza. This time, the actress who became famous for her role in “That ’70s Show” joined the audience as they booed her, “That’s right guys, boo! Boo! I get it! I’m out of here!”

Because of how “welcoming” their audience was, Jimmy made it up to her by giving her a senior prom experience. Mila wore a very prom-like dress escorted by the show’s security guard, Guillermo. They took prom photos together, as well as prom shots…of tequila (which Mila confirmed was real, by the way), before hitting the dance floor for a slow dance. Finally, they were able to win the audience!
