Mavy Legaspi addressed criticism from viewers after his hosting stint on “Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab 2.0” drew attention online.

The viral moment showed Mavy slowly and somewhat awkwardly pacing his words while waiting for co-host Alexa Ilacad to join him on screen.
However, instead of taking the criticism negatively, the actor-host directly acknowledged the issue and even agreed that his hosting stint was “cringe.”

“OMG cringe nga! Anyway, thank you for supporting PBB Collab 2.0. It was a very successful night. Congrats Caprice and Lella,” he wrote in an Instagram story.
Moreover, he addressed the situation and shared that a “technical issue” affected the live broadcast.
“We experienced the worst microphone delay and could literally hear our voices echo in the venue which made it difficult to talk,” he said.
He added, “I would like to apologize if I sounded slow at times during our online live session on YouTube & Facebook — We did our best even if it was really difficult because of the sound delay. Thank you for being patient with us!”
