Maine Mendoza and Arjo Atayde are celebrating a milestone in their relationship with a romantic beach getaway!
The two posted short but sweet messages to each other on Instagram.

“Happy first,” Maine wrote with a heart emoji on a photo of her with Arjo on a boat. Arjo replied in the comments: “I’m crying.. I love you.”
A few hours later, Arjo made his own post. “Thank you for everything, babs. Happy first anniversary!!! I love you.”

It is unknown where the two celebrated their first anniversary.

The two met when they did their Metro Manila Film Festival 2018 movie Jack Em Popoy: The Puliscredibles in which Maine played one of the lead roles as Emily “Em” Fernandez, and Arjo played a supporting role as Andrew Montenegro.
Rumors of the two dating began in September 2018 when they were first spotted together in public at the event of Maine’s collaboration with MAC Cosmetics. They were also spotted together all around Makati and Bonifacio Global City since then.
It was in January 2019 when Arjo admitted they were exclusively dating.
