It’s been a fraught couple of weeks for beauty queen-actress Maggie Wilson and her estranged husband Victor Consunji after their latest squabble over Maggie’s rented property had garnered public attention.
Those who have been following the couple’s post-breakup story, however, would know that this isn’t the first time that the two have been at odds with one another. Here is everything that has happened between Maggie and Victor following their controversial split.
September 2021: The announcement
Maggie announced her separation from Victor after 11 years through an Instagram post on September 27, 2021. In the statement, she explained that they had reached the “difficult decision” to separate “a while back” and that they will remain “really good friends and partners.”
“We will always love and support each other no matter what. We will always be family as we share our beautiful son, Connor, together,” she wrote at the time. “Both of us want nothing more than for each other to be happy.”
However, netizens would eventually discover that the couple’s amicable relations post-split would not last.
October 2021: A new man in Maggie’s life?
As soon as the breakup news came out, many wondered if the reason behind it had been Maggie’s alleged infidelity. What further fueled the rumor was a video that circulated online of Maggie at a concert and being hugged around the waist by a man, who was identified to be a businessman named Tim Connor, who is often seen with Maggie during her travels.
The two denied relationship rumors at the time and Tim denied allegations of him being a “third party.”
December 2021: A Christmas that didn’t go as planned

Any speculation that Maggie and Victor were not on good terms was then confirmed by Maggie in a post she made on December 26. In it, she shared that her “Christmas Day didn’t pan out as planned” after she was allegedly “refused time with my son Connor despite an agreement being made prior.”
She then told her followers that the real reason behind her split with Victor “will be revealed in time.”
“There are strong reasons why I left and if you think I left because of another guy, you have no idea. Those reasons will be revealed in time. I have been put through so much over the last 3 months and more so the last few years,” she wrote. “Judge me all you want. If you think you know, you haven’t seen anything yet. I have an entire vault just filled with receipts. Till then, to everyone going through something similar, I have received and read all your messages, I stand with you, I feel for you, stay strong. We will get through this.”
Maggie was able to spend time with Connor eventually and she shared videos of him opening presents on her Instagram stories.
February 2022: Reunited for Connor’s birthday
Following the holiday drama, people were surprised to see the estranged couple posing together for a picture with their son on his 10th birthday. The underwater-themed party was organized by Victor and was held at M Residences Clubhouse in Acacia Estates, Taguig City last February 26.
Maggie had shared the picture taken by a friend on her Instagram stories.
But while many thought that any animosity between the two was finally gone, Maggie once again cried foul over allegedly being denied access to photos from Connor’s birthday party.
“Ok… Here we go again!” she stated in an Instagram Story before uploading a screenshot of a private message between her and the event photographer who told her that they were given instructions not to upload or share the photos.
“Hi Ms. Maggie, our sincerest apologies po but we were instructed by [redacted] not to upload the rest of the set from Connor’s party. We were also instructed not to send any photos po. Kindly ask the copy na lang daw po kay [redacted],” the message read.
Maggie then said on her Instagram Story: “Another day. You might think everything is nice and peachy on the outside but this is what I have to deal with and have been dealing with on the inside for far too long now. Control.”
A source close to Victor, however, claimed that Maggie and her guests were invited to the party “out of respect.” The source added that because Maggie had her own camera with her, it was assumed that she had taken photos of her son on her own. The source further explained that the reason why the photos were refrained from being publicly uploaded was that they included pictures of children from private families “and their approval was needed first before posting.”
March to April 2022: Moving forward
Around mid-March, Maggie and Tim have become more open in sharing their relationship with the public. In an Instagram picture of the two taken in Thailand, Tim insinuated that a romance has definitely blossomed between them as he wrote: “Some things in life happen for a reason…”

A month later, Maggie wrote a heartfelt letter for Tim on his birthday and looked forward to celebrating “many more to come.”
“I have never rolled my eyes or bickered with someone so much in my entire life. LOL! This guy always says exactly what he means and is the most honest person I’ve ever met. He tells you like it is even if it stings but I love that nothing is ever sugar coated. He’s always up for a chat about anything under the sun, even if the topic is a hard conversation to have. He keeps me on my toes and makes sure I stay focused. He always pushes me to be a better person, to get out of my comfort zone and be better at what I do,” she said.
“Thank you for reminding me of what kind of woman I can become. You never fail to empower me even if sometimes, you try to steal my thunder! So happiest of birthdays to this one. I’m so happy that I get to celebrate this birthday with you and many more to come!”

July 15: Maggie’s house gets “padlocked”
On Friday, July 15, Maggie called on the help of the government and Filipino netizens after representatives of Victor’s company, VCDC, and barangay officials showed up at her house to take pictures of the property with the intention of “securing” it.
Maggie was not home at the time but her sister, five-year-old cousin, and household help were there and were “subjected to harassment and intimidation.”

She claimed that the officials entered her home “illegally with no notice, no warrant, and no proper paperwork.” Maggie stated in the video that she has a copy of the property’s lease contract and later added that the lease was signed by VCDC Vice President Bernie Mendoza, who was among the group who went to her house.
Maggie also showed a video taken by her sister of her house being the only one in the community without electricity. It was confirmed in a recording of a call with Meralco that the circuit breaker was removed from their home’s meter.
“I am scared for mine and my family’s life. I urge our government and others to please step in and do something immediately. I plead with you and the online community to help me raise awareness that this kind of human rights harassment happens in the Philippines, especially to women day in and day out,” she said.
Maggie’s legal counsel, Divina Law, issued a statement regarding the incident, claiming that their estrangement “does not and cannot justify the malevolent act of harassment and persecution against [Victor’s] wife and her family.”
July 18: Adultery charges filed
Soon after, a warrant of arrest has then been issued against Maggie and Tim as Victor filed three counts of adultery against them before the Taguig City Metropolitan Trial Court, in documents uploaded by FashionPulis. The papers, which were made on June 30, claimed that Maggie had sexual relations with Tim in December 2021, January 2022, and February 2022 despite still being married.
Under the Revised Penal Code, “Adultery is committed by any married woman who shall have sexual intercourse with a man not her husband and by the man who has carnal knowledge of her knowing her to be married, even if the marriage be subsequently declared void. Adultery shall be punished by prison correctional in its medium and maximum periods.”
“If the person guilty of adultery committed this offense while being abandoned without justification by the offended spouse, the penalty next lower in degree than that provided in the next preceding paragraph shall be imposed.”
Maggie then said in an Instagram post that she had a meeting with her lawyers regarding the warrant and affirmed that she is “ready to fight.”
July 20: TRO granted
On July 20, Maggie was granted a 72-Hour temporary restraining order against Victor, his company, and VCDC Vice President Mendoza. The court said that the lease of contract must be respected and forbid Victor and his representatives from cutting off the electricity from the property.
The court then ordered Maggie to post a bond of PHP 500,000 “to answer for all damages which the defendants may sustain by reason thereof.”
Maggie denies adultery allegations with social media ‘evidence’
Maggie took to her Instagram to deny adultery allegations against her, reposting an Instagram video she had shared 47 weeks ago that showed Tim and Victor together at a cafe in Barcelona. Maggie said this refutes the claim of Victor that she and Tim went to Barcelona without him as his Schengen visa was supposedly still being processed at the time.
“This was the only time Tim was present [in] Barcelona with me/us,” she said.
