Mad for Garlic – The Scent of Good Food

First up was their bestselling pizza, the Garlic Snowing Pizza (PhP 545). This signature Mad for Garlic pizza is a thin crust pizza topped with special sauce, shrimp, pineapple, and fried sliced garlic. This seems to be their version of the well-loved Hawaiian pizza. This is a must-try dish not only for its taste but also for its presentation – where cheese is topped on it upon serving, as if it is really snowing.. with cheese.

To refresh us while downing these garlicky goodness, we tried Mad for Garlic’s Yuja Ade (PhP 110) and Lemon Ade (PhP 110). The Yuja Ade is a must-try drink that you can only get at Mad for Garlic. Yuja is a citrus fruit in Korea that looks like a cross between an orange and a lemon.
