In his directorial debut, Jeff Baena explores the different sides of zombie livin’ in Life After Beth. Set in the life of Zach (Dane DeHaan) and his girlfriend Beth (Aubrey Plaza) who suddenly dies, but mysteriously comes back to life a few days later. Having felt an overwhelming loss, Zach’s undying love yearns to take full advantage of the situation. However, he soon realizes that Beth is not the same girl that he fell in love with. As Zach continues to relive their relationship, Beth struggles to fight her urge to eat the entire town.
