According to the official synopsis listed in the Torino Film Lab website, Daniel will play Miguel, an escaped prisoner who searches for his mother, Norma, and his girlfriend, Andrea, in the hopes of persuading them to leave town before he is caught. But as his temporary release nears its end, he must decide whether to keep persuading his family or flee on his own before the next disaster hits.
Together with Daniel in the movie is well-loved Maalaala Mo Kaya host Charo Santos who will play Norma, as well as Francinne Rifol of local girl group MNL48 who will play Andrea.
The movie, titled “Whether The Weather Is Fine,” will be directed by Carlo Francisco Manatad. He was born in Tacloban, one of the areas that were hit the hardest by typhoon Yolanda.
