KZ Tandingan was moved by the sweet gesture of her husband, TJ Monterde. The “Mahal Ko o Mahal Ako” singer took to social media to share how Monterde’s surprise instantly cheered her up despite feeling “depleted” due to her busy schedule.

“Been working back-to-back lately so I’m feeling pretty depleted. But the moment I walked into our bedroom and saw these lovely surprises sitting on my nightstand, everything was put into perspective,” she wrote.
Tandingan posted a photo of sunflowers arranged in a vase and a card that read, “Proud of you,” which her husband gave her.
“Out of the blue, TJ put together a vase filled with water and three vibrant sunflower stems. He even went the extra mile to hide three of my favorite sweets in the drawer and gave me a card that read, ‘I’m proud of you.'”

She added, “Thank You Lord for my husband.” [sic].
In the comments section, netizens commended the “Tulad Mo” singer’s efforts, while others manifested to find someone like him. They wrote:

Tandingan and Monterde first tied the knot in 2020 during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. They held a second wedding ceremony in August 2023, as they promised to honor their parents, closest friends, and loved ones as “witnesses” of their special day.
