KZ Tandingan and TJ Monterde got married for the second time to celebrate their third wedding anniversary! The intimate wedding ceremony was held on August 28 in a private dining place in Quezon City.
In an Instagram post, the “Mahal Ko O Mahal Ako” singer recalled their first wedding in 2020 during the pandemic, which she described as “bittersweet.”

“Btw, we got married. again. As you all remember, we held our first wedding three years ago at the height of the pandemic, and because of flight restrictions, our parents and siblings couldn’t attend. It was a bittersweet celebration because we would’ve loved for them to be there but it was impossible,” [sic] she wrote.
Tandingan said she and Monterde promised another wedding to honor their parents, with their siblings and closest friends as witnesses.
“‘Pag-Ibig ating punla,’ reads the embroidery of the Simula lyrics on our wedding barongs. By sowing that love seed within us first, we pay homage to those who taught us to love. We want to thank all our friends and family for being the most supportive!” she added.

Tandingan and Monterde tied the knot in August 2020 at The Farm at San Benito in Batangas. They announced it to the public in October through the music video of their song Can’t Wait to Say I Do.
