Actress Kyline Alcantara is choosing hope over heartbreak.
In her recent sit-down with talk show host Boy Abunda, Kyline opened up about what she learned from past relationships and how she’s approaching love these days—with more maturity, clearer boundaries, and a deeper understanding of herself.

“Just set boundaries with your partner, the public, and also with my parents, brothers. At dapat kilalanin mo rin talaga ‘yung sarili mo,” Kyline shared during the interview.
Despite her past heartbreaks, Kyline said she’s not giving up on love anytime soon. Instead, she’s now looking for something more genuine and grounded.
When asked about her ideal partner, the actress revealed that looks aren’t a big deal for her.
“Wala po ako sa pisikal e, sa ugali po ako,” she said.
Kyline added that she hopes to meet someone “more mature, mentally stable, mabait, and respectful—not just to her, but also to her family.”
Boy Abunda also asked if she’d consider dating someone wealthy, to which Kyline replied with honesty and humor:
“Why not? Pero syempre hindi naman po ‘yon first thing para makipag-relasyon ako.”
The actress, who has been previously linked to Mavy Legaspi and Kobe Paras, is now rumored to be close with presidential son Sandro Marcos—though she hasn’t confirmed anything.
Regardless of the buzz, Kyline’s message remains clear: she’s not afraid to love again, but this time, she’s doing it on her own terms.
