If you’ve been following Heated Rivalry, here’s your chance to stay in the cottage that became the season’s most talked-about getaway. Starting March 3, 2026, the Barlochan Cottage hits Airbnb, giving fans a chance to walk through the same spaces where rivalries turned into… well, you know.

Fun fact: while the show sets Shane Hollander’s retreat near Montreal, the actual cottage is tucked away in Muskoka, Ontario.
The space itself is sleek and open. Inside, the kitchen boasts high ceilings, a four-stool island, and a dining area for eight beside a cozy wood fireplace. Meanwhile, the Muskoka Room steals the show with floor-to-ceiling windows, a sectional sofa, and a walkout to the patio.

Downstairs, there’s a recreation room with three theatre chairs and a large TV, plus a mini gym if you feel like working off all the snacks. The cottage has three bedrooms with queen-sized beds, including a primary suite with a three-piece ensuite, and a Murphy bed for extra guests.
Outside, you’ll find multiple seating areas, a fire pit, a patio with a barbecue, and classic Muskoka chairs. Want to get on the water? Three kayaks and two canoes are ready for exploring Lake Muskoka, Lake Rosseau, and Lake Joseph. The cottage comfortably accommodates up to six guests.
Other practical perks include unlimited Wi-Fi, laundry, a dishwasher, and a drip coffee maker. There’s even a backup generator and basic cleaning supplies.
A few things to keep in mind: there’s no air conditioning, the indoor fireplace can’t be used, and the property is non-smoking. Pets are allowed with a waiver, and outdoor fires are welcome if there’s no active fire ban.
