Kim Chiu to Play a Disney Princess

Kim Chiu, Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition grand winner turned actress, was picked to play a Disney princess, according to Disney. In a post from ABS-CBN News, Walt Disney said, “We confirm that Kim Chiu is part of an upcoming Disney project in Southeast Asia. We will share more details on this in the coming months.”
Rumors of Chiu playing a Disney princess first came out last month when photos of her as Mulan surfaced on the Internet.
Today, it has been confirmed that Chiu is indeed playing Mulan in a future Disney project, whose details were yet to be revealed.
Chiu had a photo shoot where she wears the popular pink hanfu in one and the Chinese army suit in another.
