On Instagram, Kiefer announced that they are expecting their first child. In the first photo, the basketball player was seen hugging Diana who was holding a pair of small shoes and a printout of a sonogram.

The former beauty queen commented on the post with three crying emojis and three pink hearts.
In October 2024, the basketball star shared that they were engaged. This announcement comes days after they went “IG official.”
