The Canadian singer-songwriter surprised everyone when he came out with a public challenge to Tom Cruise. Justin Bieber, with seemingly no reason, tweeted out a dare for the action star. He actually asked Cruise to face him in a UFC-style cage fight — no context, no explanation given.

Bieber goaded the actor by saying “Tom if you don’t take this fight your[e] scared and you will never live it down.” He also tagged UFC president Dana White in the Tweet, in a show of asking for a fight to officially be organized. What he could possibly hold against 56-year-old Cruise was not mentioned.
Former champion Connor McGregor soon involved himself in the issue. He offered to host the fight while goading Cruise in the same sentence, tweeting: “If Tom Cruise is man enough to accept this challenge, McGregor Sports and Entertainment will host the bout.”
