Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber Drop New Single, and Fans Are Losing It!

When Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber announced that they’re teaming up for a new song, it left fans wondering what it was going to sound like.

The result? A catchy summer bop!

Titled “I Don’t Care,” the Sheeran-Bieber collab is a feel-good love song about seeking comfort in the presence of your partner. The song lyrically draws inspiration from both singers’ experiences being involved in long-term relationships.

Bieber’s verses, in particular, made mention of his “crippling anxiety” — something he has openly discussed dealing with — and how simply being with his lover would make any situation feel much better.

This isn’t the first time the two have worked together. Bieber’s 2015 hit “Love Yourself” off his Purpose album was co-written by Sheeran. Following that song’s commercial success, it makes sense that the two would want to work together again for this new single.

Since the release of “I Don’t Care,” fans have been tweeting up a storm. One Twitter user gushed to Bieber about how their “voices sound so good together,” while another called it “a whole bop with beautiful lyrics and amazing, heartwarming vocals. We have decided to stan forever.”

One fan even shared that the song “will 100% be the soundtrack to my wedding video!”

Expect to hear this song being played on loop for a long while.
