The 18-year-old singer shared his plans in an interview with Push although he could not say for certain what fans can expect from the upcoming album.

When asked whether he will retain his style, which is heavily inspired by kundiman, or play around with new ones, JK said: “I’m not sure. I don’t know. I’ve never had an album in a sense where I’m the one who made everything.”

He shared that he had the help of his bandmates to produce songs from the album. “So we’ll see. Even I don’t know everything, like if it’s going to sound like me at all,” he added.

He also said that the album will be coming out later this year.
