The Junior Financial Executives from Laguna State Polytechnic University is a duly recognized organization under the College of Business, Administration, and Accountancy. The Junior Financial Executives is an organization that serves as the head of all students under the BSBA FM Program that promotes intellectual, social welfare, and well-being in every activity concerning the students as a whole.
With a new tagline for this administration 2022-2023, “Leading with Excellence ” the organization aims to achieve and promote excellence in every activity or event that will be conducted. With that, they came up with JFINEX Days entitled “FLIGHT JFI2223: Taking your JFINEXperience to a Whole New Level” with the theme of “Strengthening Connections and Expertise Towards Individual Development through Synergy”.
This is a three-day event to be held on February 08-10, 2023, that the JFINEX officers, will organize for the BSBA Financial Management students with the goal of promoting camaraderie, enhancing their leadership skills, and showcasing their physical and intellectual abilities.
Now that we are gearing up and preparing for face-to-face classes, we want to provide the students with an extraordinary event that despite their academic workloads, it is important to have fun while learning. The activities will help to facilitate long-term relationship building by encouraging genuine connections and deeper discussions which we believe are some of the qualities that build up a Financial Executive.
JFINEX Days will not only bring our Ka-Finance closer together, but also contribute to a more successful and creative environment through an amazing flight that they will experience.
OBJECTIVES
- To enhance the financial management students’ leadership skills, showcase their physical and mental ability.
- To promote synergy.
- To acquire knowledge through a seminar.
- To improve students’ engagement and morale.
