Janice de Belen is truly living every fangirl’s dream, as she received flowers and hugs from Song Joong-ki!
The actress attended the K-drama actor’s fan meet in the Philippines, held on May 24 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena. In a surprise moment, she was invited on stage to accept a poster and a bouquet of flowers personally arranged by Joong-ki himself.

On Instagram, Janice shared unforgettable moments from the event, capturing her interaction with Joong-ki, including their heartfelt hugs. She expressed her joy and excitement over meeting the Korean actor, which is evident in her caption written in all caps. *We feel you!*
“TONIGHT WAS A SUPER, SUPER AMAZING NIGHT!!! I REALLY DID NOT EXPECT TO BE ON THE SAME STAGE AS MY CRUSH!!! MAY BONUS PANG FLOWERS AT MADAMING YAKAP (There was even a bonus—flowers and plenty of hugs!)!!! HE IS MY ULTIMATE FAVE KOREAN ACTOR!!!” she beamed.
Janice added that Joong-ki holds a special place in her heart, explaining she became a fan of his after watching his 2016 hit drama “Descendants of the Sun” during the time her mother passed away.
“‘DESCENDANTS OF THE SUN’ WAS WHAT I STARTED WATCHING WHEN OUR MOM PASSED AWAY…IT HELPED ME SO MUCH TO RECOVER FROM THE SADNESS AND THE PAIN. AFTER NUN, MAHAL KO NA SYA (After that, I was already in love with him),” she noted.
“SO TONIGHT WAS MONUMENTAL FOR ME!!! BUTI NA LANG HINDI AKO NAIYAK OR HINIMATAY (It’s a good thing I didn’t cry or pass out).”
