A video of Jake Cuenca and Chie Filomeno recently went viral as netizens couldn’t help but gush over how sweet they are in it.
The video, which was posted on Tiktok, was taken at a shopping mall in Makati where the two celebrities were spotted holding hands while walking around. Both of them had big smiles on their faces, clearly engaged in a conversation.

The two have yet to confirm if they are officially in a relationship but they have already been expressing their affection towards each other in public for the past months. Jake even called Chie his “TOTGA” (the one that got away) in an interview last September, admitting that they already tried to date a long time ago. “For me, given the second time around, parang I don’t wanna let her go,” he then said.
He also revealed at the time that he decided to pursue her after seeing each other at the Star Magic Christmas Ball in 2022. “I went up to her, naglakas-loob ako. It was the Christmas Ball of Star Magic. It was not the plan, it’s biglaan talaga. It felt like something from a movie. Because I had so many things to do that day,” he told reporters.
They have definitely been taking their time getting to know each other before making it official and it seems that it’s only a matter of time before they do!
