Late actress Jaclyn Jose has been included in the list for the Academy Awards’ “In Memoriam” tribute.
Her daughter, Andi Eigenmann, shared a screenshot of her photo and name on the Oscars website, which includes those who’ve worked in the showbiz industry from around the world and passed away in the past year.

“My nanay is among other Hollywood artists and filmmakers who are remembered by the Academy this year,” Andi wrote on her Instagram story.
Jaclyn was not featured in the live “In Memoriam” segment during the Academy Awards itself which took place on Monday, March 3.

Jaclyn passed away on March 2, 2024, at the age of 60. Andi confirmed that the cause of death was a heart attack.
She has won multiple acting awards throughout her career including the Cannes Film Festival Award for Best Actress for the 2016 movie “Ma’ Rosa” which she is currently the only Filipino recipient.
