International Youth Day Summit Set On August 12, 2014
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) in partnership with AIESEC Philippines is holding the first International Youth Day Summmit on August 12, 2014 at the ADB Headquarters in Pasig City. The International Youth Day Summmit is a one day event geared towards cebrating the endless capacity of the youth as essential agents of change needed in our world today.
Following the theme “Empowering the Youth to Achieve Great Expectations”, the summit aims to gather youth in an avenue to promote critical thinking, encourage discourse, and inspire action. The summit will feature youth leadership workshops, discussion fora on a wide variety of issues, and boats a series of inspiring speakers such as Mr. Efren Penaflorida and Mr. Kesz Valdez.
