You don’t need to be special to be a hero; sometimes you just need the courage to help.
That’s the case of Jecenth Mateo, who reportedly helped a traffic enforcer who almost got run over by a motorcycle rider.

According to reports, Mateo was on his bike from work when the motorcycle – being apprehended by traffic enforcer Annabelle Montiadora –  tried to escape, nearly running over Montiadora.
Mateo ran after the car on foot and eventually caught the offender.
The incident went viral after it was caught on video.
Mateo and Montiadora later got recognition for their acts, receiving rewards from the local government of Cainta.
