The southern part of the province is full of surprises. From the historical streets of Calle Crisologo to the wonders of pottery to the amazing longanisa, poqui-poqui, tinuno, and guyabano wine, the city is a must-visit.
A few hours drive from the wonder city will take you to the stunning views of the Quirino bridge. Tucked away from the municipality of Sta Maria, Ilocos Sur, on the other hand, there rests a gorgeous waterfall with crystal clear emerald waters offering you the best 20-peso balsa experience!!! Don’t believe me? Go see it for yourself!!!
Pinsal Falls, one of the best kept secrets of Ilocos Sur, is a complete haven because of its isolation that makes it perfect for those longing to spend their trips with bits of relaxation away from the chaos of the more touristy destinations. The abundance of waterfalls and the overwhelming beauty of the place will surely bring tears to your eyes. It’s that incredible.
Indeed, New Zealand is an awesome country to visit, but there’s nothing like experiencing the beauty of our own.
Pinas is too beautiful. And Ilocos is a proof that you need not to go too far to experience natural wonders because we all have it here.
