Hollywood Celebs Are Wearing Black To Golden Globes In Protest Against Sexual Harassment

In light of several recent sexual allegations against big-time Hollywood players, notably film mogul Harvey Weinstein and actor Kevin Spacey, celebrities attending the Golden Globe Awards will reportedly be wearing all-black to protest sexual harassment in the industry.

While it was earlier reported that all women will be donning black gowns, it seems that the men will follow suit as well, at least according to celebrity stylist Ilaria Urbinati, who announced on Instagram that all her male clients will be wearing black as well. Ilaria counts Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Tom Hiddleston, Garrett Hedlund, Armie Hammer among others as her clients.

The stylist said:

“Because everyone keeps asking me… YES, the men WILL be standing in solidarity with women on this wearing-all-black movement to protest against gender inequality at this year’s Golden Globes. At least ALL MY GUYS will be. Safe to say this may not be the right time to choose to be the odd man out here… just sayin…”

Meanwhile, The Rock backed up her post by commenting, “Yes we will”.
