Here Comes the Rain Today: Netizens Share Photos of Flooded Manila Streets
It’s been raining quite a lot lately. And the heavy rain lately pours late in the afternoon or early evening, when commuters travel back home from work or school. The rain causes flooding in many streets in Manila, which results to traffic congestion.
Today, it rained once again. Though not as heavy as the rains in the past days, still there were flooding on many Manila streets. Netizens took this to social media and shared their snaps of knee-high to almost impassable flooded streets.
