If waiting for season two feels too long for fans eager to see Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie together, don’t worry—they’re heading to the Winter Olympics 2026.

According to a report by Variety, the breakout stars of “Heated Rivalry” have been selected as official torchbearers for the Olympic Torch Relay, which is set to conclude on February 6.
HBO Max also announced the exciting news on social media.

“‘Heated Rivalry’ stars Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie have been named Olympic Torchbearers! #MilanoCortina2026,” the post read.
Details about their specific participation, including when and where they would carry the torch, have yet to be revealed.
Hudson and Connor starred in the hit romance hockey series “Heated Rivalry,” which premiered in October and ended on December 26. The series, based on the popular novels by Rachel Reid, follows the rivalry and blossoming romance between Major League Hockey stars Shanne Hollander and Ilya Rozanov.
Following the series’ global unprecedented success, it has officially been renewed for a second season.
After the show concluded, the duo made their Golden Globes debut as presenters in early January.
