Isko Moreno couldn’t help but ask Gerald Anderson about the perfect timing for him to pop the big question to his girlfriend, Julia Barretto! The former Manila City mayor had the pleasure of having Gerald on his talk show on YouTube, “Iskovery Night.”

During their exciting chat, Gerald talked about his relationship with Julia, describing it as incredibly light and carefree. The “Action-Drama Prince” said, “Sa 3 years na ‘yun. Ang saya! Ang gaan! Iwan na lang natin ‘dun.” On what he particularly loves about Julia, he expounded, “Ang pinaka maganda sa kanya, sobrang secure siya sa pagkatao niya. Maganda siya pero di mo maramdaman napakasimple, magaang kasama. Very supportive sa mga kalokohan ko… Like you know, magpa-practice ako ng basketball 4 hours a day, mag-aano ako ng negosyo ilang oras sa isang araw. ‘Nung pandemic, ang ko ring trabahong tinanggap. ‘Di nanunumbat. Walang ganun e. Di mo maramdaman na komplikasyon siya.”

Now, here comes the juicy part! Isko teasingly poked Gerald if he sees himself getting down on one knee and proposing to the “Will You Be My Ex” actress in the near future. Gerald slyly responded, “Sa five-year plan, siyempre kasama ‘yan diyan. Hindi lang ako magsasabi basta kasama ‘yan.”

The subject was prompted by one of the most Googled questions about the actor/businessman, “Is Gerald Anderson married?” He himself clarified that it would probably be known if he was because he doesn’t see the point in hiding it. Moreno followed through with the question, “But you plan to be married?” “Of course,” he responded. “In the coming years, pero medyo parang sigurista ako e. Gusto ko parang ‘pag nandoon na, gusto ko medyo relaks tayo, hindi na kailangan laging magpuyat sa trabaho, ‘yung gano’n?”
