Why You Should Drink Gatorade No Sugar

“The truth is, we lose more than water when we sweat from doing physical activities,” explains Ray Philip Pine, PepsiCo Marketing Director. “We also lose electrolytes and other important minerals such as sodium and potassium that are essential in helping us function at our best. Drinking Gatorade No Sugar rehydrates and replenishes the body with all the electrolytes it needs without sugar and calories.”

Hydrating with Gatorade leaves the body fueled and energized to perform at its peak. On top of that, it has no sugar and calories, making it the ideal drink for health-conscious and active people.
