It’s Official: The ‘Game of Thrones’ Prequel Series Has Started Filming!

It’s been a while now since Game of Thrones ended but it seems like we’ll definitely be heading back to Westeros soon. The prequel series started filming in June in Northern Ireland and the production is set to move to Italy sometime in July.

HBO has yet to release details about the Game of Thrones prequel. However, we do know that the plot will take place about 5,000 years before the events of the original show.
