Gabbi Garcia recently traveled to Japan for her first-ever solo trip, which she described as an “unexpectedly enlightening experience.” On Instagram, she talked about her worries, experiences, and discoveries during her trip.
“Being alone in a different country has been an unexpectedly enlightening experience. Before this adventure, the idea of being alone used to worry me. I feared boredom, worrying, restlessness, and just being alone with my own thoughts,” she wrote.
The 24-year-old said she was surprised that being on her own helped her discover parts of herself she didn’t know existed.

“It’s honestly mind-blowing how just being comfortable alone can open the door to such meaningful insights and a genuinely captivating adventure of getting to know yourself better. I would definitely do this again. And you should too,” she continued.
The Kapuso actress also shared photos of herself, which she mentioned were taken by Koreans.
