For those who don’t know, #RP612Fic which stands for “Republic of the Philippines June 12 Fiction” is the shared hashtag people use all over social media as they look back on historical events and personalities using the context of the 21st century. Talk about pop culture meets Philippine history. Exciting, right? The thread started in 2009, all thanks to Paolo Chikiamco, editor of RocketKapre.com.
