A restaurant built around its three main products, the proprietors crafted their signature pizza after traveling across the USA. The pepperoni pizza is inspired by New York joints, down to the large, fold-and-hold slices.
The fried chicken is an original house recipe – inspired by the flavors of fried chicken prepared in North Carolina – for the restaurant, and served on waffles. Our team has never had chicken on waffles before, and it was a pleasant surprise to experience that the salt-and-spices of the fried chicken was quietly and deliciously balanced out by the waffle and its homemade maple syrup. Rice is available for patrons, but please do try the chicken-waffle combo.
As for the artisanal coffee, there’s one good reason why it’s good: Frank and Dean partners with Yardstick Coffee (that third-wave coffee shop with a secret door to another restaurant).
If, say, you only had one day in Burgos Circle and find yourself in Frank and Dean, you must absolutely order either the Pepperoni Pizza or the Fried Chicken. However, there will be no judgement if you order both. After all, we did (and more!) and we’re all the better for it.
Oh, there’s this little red door upstairs too…
Frank and Dean is located at Burgos Circle at Forbes Town Center, Forbes Town Road corner 26th Street, Bonifacio Global City.
