Bacolod, aside from being known as the City of Smiles, is also known as the capital of the Sugar Bowl of the Philippines that is Negros Occidental. So aside from mouth-watering inasal, you should also look forward to trying out all things sweet when you go to this city. One of the most famous pastry shops in bacolod is Felicia’s Pastry Cafe. It has become a sort of an institution there, so during my trip to Bacolod, I made sure that I drop by the cafe. And boy, I wasn’t disappointed.
Since 2008, Felicia’s Pastry Cafe has been a favorite among the locals and tourists as well. They are famous for their sweets, of course, but they also offer meals and other family favorites such as pizza and pasta. So you can really spend breakfast, lunch, merienda, and dinner here!
