When In Manila, we’ve had our fair share of bigotry and discrimination. However, I refuse to lose hope and I still continue to believe that eventually this will end. Discrimination is fuelled by ignorance and violence and there is no space for such in a civilized society. All we need is an an open mind and understanding to be able to accept each other regardless of gender or religion.
A post by Facebook user Peachy Tan is an example of how we can stop the hate:

According to the Peachy, she spotted the bannerย at a recently concluded Pride March. The caption for her post read: “I’m sorry for judging you.ย โช#โLetLoveInโฌ“
What do you think of this?
“I’m sorry…for judging you” this words like the rest of the phrases in the banner are but a half truth Pastor Jun Macas….not a single person can rightly judge them. (people must be sorry if they did judge them themsleves but the church need not be sorry as though the church have committed sin against God and against them by standing by with the Word of God). It’s against the Word of God that they stand judge: pass or fail like the rest of humanity who committed just any kind of sinful acts that breaks the image of God in man from whose likeness we were created.
When a preacher speaks the Word of God concerning this, he speaks forth God’s Word. Those who believe in God would be wise to adhere to His Words.
We come and go, we fade away but the Word of God stands forever. I think they also need to understand that the church of God, as a body of faith, cannot just add or delete to the Words of God in whatever way we try to do it because it will stand, it will remain forever but those who seek to change God’s Word by deletion and addition will never pass by God’s justice. To go against God ad His Words is like kicking against a sharp-pointed object, it will hurt you the most.
There are already many ones who realise and find real freedom in Christ, they truly understands, having passed the road once, they know the deference of “true freedom” as against to becoming “free to live out self” because you were born the other way around. They also need to speak out the truth that Jesus still loves them, forgives and accept them and make them into “a new creation.”
Just as Jesus told the woman, “niether do I condemn you, but go leave your life of sin.” This also applies to all who realized they were caught up in thier life of sin, whatever that might be to each one of us personally, as sin mutates in devirse forms, acts and ways as it wreak havoc in the humanity.
justplaintruth for me and a simple words of thought and prayer. Good afternoon.
