Loving Cats Worldwide at MeowConPH!
For its first edition, MeowConPH is held in cooperation with Loving Cats Worldwide (LCWW) who will bring in expert cat judges to Manila! Meet Steven Meserve, Ryk Sadie and Sue Hart-Jones at MeowConPH.
Ryk Sadie, a Level 1 All-breed judge for LCWW, hails from South Africa and is a passionate educator living and teaching English in Taiwan for 20 years. A devoted animal enthusiast, Ryk takes care of his Sphynx for 12 years. He is an advocate of ethical animal care, a distinguished TICA-trained cat judge, and a former deputy director (International Region) for TICA from 2016-2020.
Some of Ryk’s achievements include being the president of Idol Cat Club (Shanghai), Formosa Cat Fanciers (TICA), Mystique Cat Club (LCWW), and is a currently presiding judge for LCWW.
Ryk believes in pursuing excellence and conformance to breed standards, prioritizing individual feline well-being, and acquiring profound breed knowledge to guide fellow breeders as a mentor.
Sue Hart-Jones, based in the UK, is a master all-breed judge for LCWW and is also a TICA judge. Among her advocacies is supporting LionAid, an organization supporting the conservation of wild lions, most especially within the area of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.
Ikuko Sugita is a former Japanese Cat Club All Breed Judge, a standard writer for ACC, and a Cat Fanciers Association (CFA) American Shorthair National Champion.

MeowConPH Cat Show and Convention is set for November 25-26 (Saturday and Sunday) at Megatrade Hall 3 of SM Megamall in Mandaluyong City. Regular spectator tickets are available at SMTickets.com and SM Ticket outlets. Dedicated Kids Passes will be made available on-site only. Non-competing cats are also welcome to enter MeowConPH with on-site registration.
