A sequel to box office horror hit A Quiet Place is coming in 2020!
The release date of the sequel was confirmed by Paramount. The specific US release is on May 15th, 2020.
A Quiet Place has been a critical and commercial hit, earning $300 million on a budget of just $17 million. Rumors of the sequel have been going around for quite a while now.
Speaking about the second installment, A Quiet Place producer Andrew Form said that the sequel was “lucky” to have Krasinski on board.
He said:
“We’re gonna take our time, we’re gonna figure out where to go, but there is no rush on it and we’re just starting to talk about it.”
“We’re figuring out what everyone’s involvement’s gonna be and what the actual next movie’s gonna be. The first one is so special to us that we really want to take our time with this and not rush anything.”
