What happens when society finally decides it’s had enough of the ultra-wealthy? Filipino game studio Monstronauts has the answer, and it’s delightfully chaotic.
Eat the Rich, an upcoming post-apocalyptic social deception game from developer Maccima Games and publisher Monstronauts, turns billionaire-bashing into a sport.

After the world collapses at the hands of the greedy one percent, the survivors organize a twisted game show where the rich must literally fight for their lives. The game’s first-ever demo has dropped just in time for Steam Next Fest.
Players take on the role of one of the so-called “elite” contestants in a deadly series of billionaire pastimes-turned-mini-games—think tax evasion, crypto mining, and other not-so-honorable ways the ultra-rich like to “play.” You’ll form alliances, betray them, and vote off your fellow one-percenters one by one, until there’s only one mogul left standing.

To spice things up, you can buy sneaky “Advantages” like Steal, Amnesty, or Scapegoat to twist the odds in your favor. And because appearances matter (even in the apocalypse), you can mix and match costumes and accessories to make sure you look good while selling out your rich friends.
The new Eat the Rich demo is available now on Steam as part of Steam Next Fest.
