GMA Network revealed the new Eat Bulaga! hosts today, June 5, after Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon (TVJ) along with other hosts, staff, and crew resigned from Television and Production Exponents Incorporated (TAPE Inc) last week.
Who are the new hosts of “Eat Bulaga!”?
In a recent announcement, the current home of the longest-running noontime show named celebrity twins Cassy Legaspi and Mavy Legaspi; comedians Paolo Contis, Betong Sumaya, and Buboy Villar; “Gameboys” star Kokoy De Santos; as well as local girl group XOXO’s Dani Ozaraga, Mel Caluag, and Lyra Micolob as Eat Bulaga!‘s new hosts.
“All for love, love for all for Eat Bulaga!,” Sparkle, GMA’s artist center, wrote on social media. “Nandito na sina Cassy Legaspi, Mavy Legaspi, Paolo Contis, Betong Sumaya, Buboy Villar, Kokoy De Santos, and XOXO’s Dani Ozaraga, Mel Caluag, and Lyra Micolob para pasayahin pa lalo ang inyong pananghalian! Tutok lang sa Eat Bulaga!”

Dapitan City Mayor Seth Frederick “Bullet” Pal Jalosjos also shared snaps and clips backstage on his Instagram Stories amid the return of Eat Bulaga!‘s live telecast today. The mayor is also TAPE Inc.’s Director of Finance and the brother of the TV producer’s current president, Romeo “Jon” N. Jalosjos Jr. The snippets showed the new hosts along with Alexa Miro, the rumored girlfriend of Ilocos Norte Representative Sandro Marcos, performing their version of American Authors’ “Best Day of My Life”.
