2 earthquake hit Bohol, another quake was felt in the province – this time, magnitude 4.5 – on Tuesday afternoon.
Aftershock was recorded on Nov 12, 2013 – 01:21:22 PM/PHIVOLCS
Tuesday’s tremor, which is an aftershock of the powerful Oct. 15 earthquake, was recorded 31 kilometers Northeast of Tagbilaran City at 1:21 p.m., the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) said.
Intensity V was felt in San Isidro, Bohol and Mandaue City, Cebu. Meanwhile, Intensity IV was felt in Cebu City and Intensity III was felt in Lapu lapu City, Cebu and Calape, Bohol.
As of posting, there were no reported damages in Tuesday’s aftershock.
The magnitude 7.2 earthquake in Bohol last October left almost 200 people dead. Bohol and Cebu were also affected by super Typhoon Yolanda, which ravaged the Visayas last week and left at least 1,774 confirmed dead.
