Dolly de Leon penned a heartwarming message for her A Very Good Girl co-star Kathryn Bernardo ahead of the film’s release. In an Instagram post, the award-winning actress looked back on their journey and expressed her gratitude for the friendship they built.
“My very good girl, we’re about to reach the finish line of this insane journey and the sepanx is slowly creeping in so before our film hits the world let me thank you for being there for me, always looking out for me, supporting me in my other projects (a little birdie told me about the block screening of Iti – ikaw talagaaaa)” she wrote.

Dolly emphasized that the Kapamilya actress has been inclusive and made her feel comfortable in situations she’s not used to. She added, “Many things are good and great about our film but you were the best ‘surprise!’ of them all.”
The two have formed a special bond through the film, and Dolly has always admired Kathryn’s talents and personality.
“Thank you, Kath. Forever an honor. Forever on your side (alam mo yan). Love you to the moon and back,” she concluded.
In the comments section, Kathryn replied, “Ms d! baka matulak kita ng mas malakas nyan… huhu stop it.” She added, “Love u so mucho…” [sic].

A Very Good Girl is a dark comedy film that follows the story of two self-made women. It also stars ake Ejercito, Angel Aquino, and Chie Filomeno.
The film will be released in Philippine cinemas on September 27 and in the US starting the first week of October.
