As they say, excellent dishes are always complemented with a good cocktail mix. Dillingers believes in that. They’re also introducing 10 new cocktail drinks in time for the menu’s revamp. These innovative cocktails are concocted by none other than their very own master mixer and winner of Diageo Reserve World Class 2013 Bartender of the Year, Allan-King Roxas. Satiate your thirst for the best tasting cocktail drinks made by only the best bartender this side of town.
Take your pick from the long list that includes Mangave (classic cocktail mix made of mango and agave), Dillingers Sour (a combination of JW Black and red wine added with cherry liqueur, fresh strawberry, raspberry syrup and grenadine), Pink Lady (a mixture of Tanqueray gin, fresh lemons and sugar syrup), Black Coffee (created with Johnnie Walker Black, creme de cacao, Drambuie, portwine wisped with a little dash of cinnamon and coffee beans served with fire), Sweet and Spicy Cucumber Martini (made of freshly muddled cucumber, siling labuyo and sugar syrup with Tanqueray gin) and Kin Kan (tequila based drink made of kumquats, basil leaves, agave syrup and fresh lemon juice).

Dillingers Sour
The Dillingers Sour is really a drink that gives a strong kick. This is recommended for heavy drinkers, but do not to drive right after.
We also had a sip of the Absinthe Minded. From its moniker, it contains the highly alcoholic beverage called Absinthe.
