In a heartfelt Instagram post, Dennis shared that Jennylyn is one of the kindest people he has ever met.

For those who don’t know my wife, she is one of the kindest people in my life. It’s a privilege that she chose me to be with for life),” he wrote in a statement.

He also asked the public to stop involving his parents in rumors and allegations, as they are not part of the entertainment industry.

As for my parents, they are already elderly. They’re not in showbiz and live a quiet life… so I hope no issues are created around them),” he added. I love them all very much, and we get along well, even if we don’t see each other often because our schedules are so busy).”

The 44-year-old actor remarked that everyone should focus on being a better person this year, as well as focus on bigger problems that the country is currently facing.

Maiksi lang ang buhay, piliin natin maging masaya at mabuti araw araw (It’s 2026—let’s focus on being good people. Our country has many problems that deserve our attention. Life is short, so let’s choose to be happy and kind every day),” he concluded his post.

In early January, an anonymous source told Ogie Diaz that the actress was allegedly not on good terms with the Green Bones star’s family. The source claimed that she was no longer in contact with the actor’s relatives and had not attended important family gatherings or birthdays.

As of writing, the 38-year-old actress has yet to address the claims.

Dennis Trillo and Jennylyn Mercado tied the knot in 2021. They have a daughter named Dylan Jayde, while the actress has a son named Alex Jazz with her ex-boyfriend Patrick Garcia.
