DC Southeast Asia Tour 2013: Philippines

 

 

The guys were fearless, even after falling several times they managed to get back up on their boards each and every time and skate again. Each of the DC skaters took turns throwing down some of the most difficult tricks as the crowd watched in awe screaming and cheering as each trick was landed as well as gasping each time a skater fell to the ground.  

 

     

 

After the skate demo, the DC team gamely met with fans waiting around the park to take photos, sign shirts, caps and skateboards. The DC Skateboarding experience was truly was something to remember by as the fans were treated to world-class skateboarding and they even got the chance to get up close and personal  with their favorite DC skaters. This was an event Filipino skateboarding fans will not soon forget.

The Philippines is only the first stop in a tour spanning three countries. The DC Southeast Asia Tour 2013 will now head on to Singapore and then Indonesia for their final stop. The tour aims to bring the local skateboarding community together to share their passion and pursue their love for the sport hoping one day, a Filipino skateboarder may join the ranks as one of the worlds top international skateboarders. As shown by the DC skaters, anything is possible when you set your mind to it. Their amazing talent stems from their passion and love for the sport of skateboarding and makes them truly great athletes.
