In a six-minute video from Iskul of Diskarte on TikTok, David was asked about the highest profit he made in a year.

Before revealing his answer, the host guessed P10 million and P30 million. However, the actor revealed that it was higher than his previous guesses.

Finally, the host made another guess of P50 million, and he replied: “Somewhere there.”

In the same video, he revealed that his earnings from acting stints were invested in his businesses: “Reckless ako when it comes to investing. I think I’m [at] a stage of my life where [I do] calculated risks.”

The actor-entrepreneur also admitted that he is a perfectionist when it comes to finding the right people to work with and delegating tasks.

“To be honest with you, it has been a challenge of mine,” he said. “Before kasi, I was used to doing everything. Halos lahat ako (Almost all, including) marketing, operations, finance, kausap ang (talking with) suppliers, purchasing, but now, of course, I’m in this macro-state na I have to start delegating and it’s been a problem of mine kasi medyo perfectionist akoโ€”I tend to micro-manage.”

“So what I’m trying to learn is become a leader,” he shared, adding he has been focusing on learning more about building a business while maintaining a healthy mindset and self-awareness.

The 30-year-old star also mentioned that he has been hands-on with his businesses despite having a successful and a hectic acting career: “I’m super hands-on. I’m here every day, palipat-lipat ako ng (I visit my other) branches.
